Shipping policy

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
From the time your order is placed, it will take 1-3 business days to process your order. We ship Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. 

Delivery Time (local stock)
If your order is available from our local stock, it will be shipped to you as soon as processed. Local delivery takes 2-6 business days. 

We are currently working on expanding the volume of local stock to be able to fulfill orders much quicker. 

Delivery Time (international stock)
If your order is not available from our local stock, it will be ordered from our supplier, Chogan, located in Italy. All orders from our supplier take up to 21 business days (4 weeks). As soon as your order arrives, it will be dispatched for local delivery.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the email address provided at the time of checkout, which can take up to 72 hours.

You will receive a second email once your order has shipped locally, which will include your tracking number and a link to receive updates on your order. 

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us.

Please note that we track international shipping from our supplier internally, therefore you will only receive tracking information once your order is dispatched for local delivery. 

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the shipping address has been entered correctly. We hold no liability if you enter an incorrect shipping address and do not receive your order.
